Chloe McIntyre Memorial Fun Day & Sponsored 5k Fun Run/Walk

The Chole McIntyre Memorial Annual Fun Day and Fun Run/Walk will take place this year on Sunday 10th June 2012 from 11.30am which will take place at McLaren Leisure Centre Sports Fields, Callander. We are encouraging everyone to attend the day and support this event by signing up to walk, stroll or run the 5k. The purpose is to raise funds for Yorkhill Hospital in memory of our daughter Chloe, who sadly passed away in Yorkhill Hospital in May 2008. I am sure that everyone who has had any experience of this place will agree what a fantastic place it is and thoroughly deserve any help and funds that we can provide. The aim is to raise enough funds to open a sensory room in Chloe’s name that can be used in the hospital to help other babies and children with illnesses.
The day will start with the 5k fun run/walk which will leave from the McLaren Leisure Centre Sports Field then head along the scenic Forestry Commission Walk, then along Invertrossachs Road where the route will take you back to the finish line.
The fun day will have bouncy castle, water balls, inflatable slide, bungee run, Stalls, barbeque, raffle, trampolines, face painting and lots lots more for a great family day out. Entry to fun day is free for everyone.

All participants will receive sponsorship forms and a Yorkhill Children’s Foundation running vest to be worn on the day.
